Exercise Physiology vs. Strength and Conditioning
Exercise Physiology
Exercise Physiologists are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning focuses on delivering exercises to improve physical performance. It is usually designed to improve sporting performance through increased strength, speed, and endurance.
The lines between “health” and “performance” are blurred.
This is where Paratus Physiology exists.
