Paratus Physiology is here to help prepare you for whatever your purpose is. When we look at the health and fitness industry, there is often a disconnect between the “what” you’re doing and the “why”. If fitness represents how suitable we are for a given task, it’s impossible to separate the two.

Training exists on a continuum between “health” and “performance”. The training process is the same whether you are managing injury and illness, or striving for elite performance. Identify where you want to be and where you are currently, plan, execute, and review.
